🧾 Affidavits Required for Sub Division
1️⃣ Owner’s Affidavit
Declares ownership, number of units, paid challans, and attached documents. The owner must also commit to obtaining separate water connections and submit all original documents.
2️⃣ Coordinator’s Affidavit (Ground Floor Owner)
The owner of the Ground + Mezzanine + Basement floors becomes the Coordinator of the building, responsible for:
