Terms & Conditions For Sale Of Commercial In LDA City
1) An Applicant can submit as many applications for all categories of plots as he desires subject to following non-refundable application fees:
Size of Plot Application charges
Up-to 8-Marla Rs. 10,000/-
Above 8-Marla up-to 15-Marla Rs. 15,000/-
Above 15-Marla Rs. 20,000/-
2) Price of plot is Rs. 3100000 (3.1 million) / Marla including development charges.
3) An Applicant must submit 20% of the total price of plot as Down Payment within 30 days of announcement of 1st ballot result. In case of failure to deposit down payment, the allotment will be automatically withdrawn / cancelled
4) Remaining 80% price of plot shall be submitted in quarterly installments spreading over two years, starting after a lapse of 30 days from announcement of 1st ballot result.
5) Only those applicants will be included in 2nd balloting for allocation of plot numbers, who have submitted at least 50% of assessed plot value (i.e. after payment of 3rd installment).
6) Rebate up-to 10% of the total value will be granted to those successful applicants who will make a lump sum payment.
7) In case of plots with premium features i.e. park facing/corner/located on main road plots (where main road will be 60 feet for plots of 5-marla and below category and 75 feet for plots of above 5-marla plots), following extra charges will be recovered:
i. 10% extra if plot has any one of three premium features
ii. 15% extra if plot has any two of three premium features
iii. 20% extra if plot has all the three premium features
8) The allotment of plot will be transferrable subject to the payment of Govt. Taxes and transfer fee @Rs. 25,000/per marla to the LDA.
9) In case of default in payment of quarterly installments, Rs.1000/day will be charged as penalty for a maximum period of 60 days after due date of an installment. Non-payment after 60 days, will result in cancellation of Allotment by LDA.
10) In case of cancellation of allotment by LDA, applicant can apply for restoration of allotment subject to the condition that he will submit all pending dues plus two advance installments, within 90-days from the date of cancellation.
11) In case of failure to deposit dues even after 90-days, the plot will not be restored in future and LDA will refund the amount deposited by applicant after 20% deduction.
