LDA City Lahore Files Detailed Information, Prices, Development Videos and Location Map
LDA City Lahore a Project of Lahore Development Authority. It is located on Ferozpur raod Defence Road, Kana Kacha Road and Lahore-Karachi Railway Line. Location of LDA City seems more approachable from all sides, as compared to LDA Avenue. LDA city have multiple access from like Ring Road and Ferozpur Road. Gajumata Metro station is also not far away from society, Speedo Bus can be access from at Canal Stop too. On the other side DHA 9 & 10 are near to approach.
In coming 5 to 10 years LDA city surrounding will be also sufficient business activities and population is increasing on this side on Ferozpur Road. Central Park is in behind and enough population is there, Palm city is before Central Park. LDA city itself have sufficient volume of residents in future. LDA city is linked through Kahna Kach Bridge on Railway line with Engineer Town and DHA Rahbar towards Raiwind Road and Valencia town. So due to vast opportunities on Ferozpur Road many new Commercial Activities will come. LDA Avenue have its own advantages.
Development Status of LDA City Phase 1 Lahore
If we take a look on the Map of LDA City Phase 1 which has consist of 7 packages. Currently, development work is going on package 2, 3 and 5. Package 5 work will b completed in December and package 2 and 3 on February 2020. Other 4 packages will b handed over within one year after the ballot and they will start collecting development charges after ballot to developed these packages. This is all from LDA city management.
LDA CITY LAHORE PLOT FILES BALLOTING 2019
The computerized balloting for allocation of plot numbers on excemption files of LDA City will be held on 30th November, 2019 through Punjab Information Technology Board. Director General Lahore Development Authority Muhammad Usman Moazzam has given a go-ahead in this regard.
