Inheritance (Warisnama) in Pakistan is distributed under Islamic Sharia Faraid Law, which ensures fair division among legal heirs.
These examples show how property shares are calculated according to the Qur’an and Sunnah, applied under Pakistani law in DHA Lahore and nationwide.

A: The wife receives 1/8 (one-eighth) as a fixed share. The remaining 7/8 goes to the son as residuary heir.
