DHA Lahore has officially issued a new guideline for all members, dealers, buyers, and sellers. According to the latest instructions, all documents submitted to the DHA office— including NDC (No Demand Certificate), Site Plan, Transfer Documents, Allocation, Affidavit Files, and other paperwork—must be submitted in COLOURED COPIES only.
❗ Black & white photocopies will no longer be accepted by any DHA office counter.
❗ Documents not meeting this requirement will be rejected on the spot.
This update aims to improve document verification accuracy, eliminate duplication errors, reduce fraud, and maintain a high security standard within DHA systems.
