DHA Valley Affectees to Get Plots in Bahria Town
DHA-Valley-IslamabadToday, we have learnt about a twist regarding a master-planned residential venture DHA Valley Islamabad, which is delivered by Bahria Town management through a newspaper ad. As per information declared in newspaper ad, Bahria Town management is offering an opportunity for its members to transfer their 5 and 8 Marla residential plots to Bahria Town Karachi and Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase 8.
The detailed version of newspaper advert indicates that management has reserved 7000 residential plots in Bahria Town Karachi and 3000 plots in Phase 8 of Bahria Town Rawalpindi. The applicants will be served on first come, first serve basis. The management intends to adjust those members, who were emphasizing the authority for possession of plots on immediate basis – now they can transfer their 5 and 8 Marla residential plots to the above-mentioned projects.
The offer is for limited time and the last date to submit your applications is November 15, 2015. This offer is only valid for civilian members of DHA Valley so all the interested members, who want to apply for alternate plots can download the Transfer Application forms from the website and submit them in the designated offices. Members can also courier the forms. Later on, computerized balloting will be held to determine the allotment to the successful applicants.
The ad does not just give good news to the DHA Valley members who want possession of residential plots on immediate basis but it also tends to pacify the rest of members as the ad discloses the possession details of DHA Valley Islamabad. Possession process will begin from December 2015 for the rest of members. It is mentioned that development work is already underway at a faster pace and soon possession will be allotted.
The management invites members to visit the site to see the real picture and grab accurate information. A noteworthy point is that the authority has not mentioned additional charges, if members have to pay any in case of transfer of residential plots. In my view point, the members will not have to pay any amount, because they have gone through a long period of agony and frustration so they must be compensated without having to pay any additional charges.
Plot owners who cannot wait any long for possession, must avail this golden opportunity now. Do not forget to share your thoughts regarding this transfer plan.
