Q1: Who can inherit property in DHA Lahore?
A: Only legal Muslim relatives such as husband, wife, sons, daughters, parents, and grandparents can inherit. Adopted, step, or non-Muslim relatives are not eligible.
Q2: What is a Warisnama?
A: Warisnama is an Inheritance Certificate issued by NADRA or a Civil Court confirming who the legal heirs are.
