- 3rd Floor
- 4th Floor
4. Residential Apartments in Plazas
- No Sub-Division allowed for plazas with residential apartments unless converted into commercial space.
5. Safety & Insurance
- Mandatory insurance for each floor (fire, earthquake, etc.).
- Fire extinguishers must be available on each floor.
6. Common Areas & Renovations
- Common area renovations can only be done with Building Control Branch approval.
7. Roof Rights
- Roof space will be proportionately distributed among owners at the time of Sub-Division.
- DHA reserves the right to install solar panels (up to 8 ft high) for national grid contribution.
8. Demolition Rules
- Entire building can be demolished only with consent of all owners and DHA approval.
9. Utilities & Meters
- Separate electric meters for each floor and lift are compulsory.
10. Floor Re-numbering
- Floors will be re-numbered as per DHA’s official system, for example:
- 3/CC/34 – A → Ground, Basement & Mezzanine
- 3/CC/34 – B → 1st Floor
- 3/CC/34 – C → 2nd Floor
- 3/CC/34 – D → 3rd Floor
- 3/CC/34 – E → 4th Floor
