DHA Lahore Revised Transfer Fees for Details call Faraz 0321-4000646 
Here comes another blow to shake off investors’ interest! Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has revised its schedule of charges that are effective from 1st November, 2015.
Different real estate professionals hold different opinions regarding this change such as few are of the views that the increase in transfer rates will lead to decrease in demand of plots or homes in DHA Lahore as investors will have to bear additional charges in order to get the property transferred. While the rest are of the view that the authority has intentionally increased the charges in order to halt sale & purchase of properties in DHA Lahore for the time being, as it may be busy in devising a new plan for buyers and sellers with amendments.
Currently, we cannot say anything for sure but can only keep our fingers crossed and see what else is yet to come for the genuine investors. Till the next news, check the DHA schedule of charges (revised) that have become effective.
