1. Registration / Membership Fees (Phase I – XIII)
- Regular Membership (Lump Sum): Rs. 50,000
- Registration per Plot (Other than Regular):
- 5–10 Marla Residential: Rs. 75,000
- 1 Kanal Residential: Rs. 150,000
- 2 Kanal Residential: Rs. 200,000
- 4 Marla Commercial: Rs. 150,000
- 8 Marla Commercial: Rs. 200,000
- Corporate Membership: Rs. 400,000
- Widows / Next of Kin (Defence Forces Shaheeds/Officers): Rs. 10,000

- Phase I – XII:

- Commercial: Rs. 105,000 per Marla (4 Marla: Rs. 420,000)
- Phase XIII:
- Residential: Rs. 2,500 per Marla (1 Kanal: Rs. 50,000)
- Commercial: Rs. 18,750 per Marla (4 Marla: Rs. 75,000)
Building Transfers:
- Residential: Rs. 15,750 per Marla (1 Kanal: Rs. 315,000)
- Commercial: Rs. 131,250 per Marla (4 Marla: Rs. 525,000)
Sale of Floors in Commercial Buildings (Per Sqft):
- Ground Floor: Rs. 183.8
- 1st Floor: Rs. 91.9
- 2nd Floor: Rs. 73.5
- 3rd Floor: Rs. 55.1
- 4th Floor & Above: Rs. 36.8
Note: Transfer fee is 50% if both buyer & seller have valid membership.

4. Affidavit & Site Plan Charges
- Residential Affidavit Fee:
- 5 Marla: Rs. 5,000
- 7/8 Marla: Rs. 25,000
- 10 Marla: Rs. 35,000
- 1 Kanal: Rs. 62,500
- 2 Kanal: Rs. 125,000
- Commercial Affidavit Fee: Rs. 93,750 – 375,000 (based on plot size)
- Site Plan Charges: Free for Original Allottees
5. File Verification & Maintenance Charges
- File Verification: Rs. 5,250
- Open Plot Security Charges: Rs. 2,100 per month
- Maintenance (Residential):

- 10 Marla: Rs. 1,500
- 1 Kanal: Rs. 2,000

7. Sub-Division & Amalgamation Charges
- Sub-Division Fee: Rs. 2,500,000 (2 Kanal into 1 Kanal)
- Amalgamation (Residential): 6%–12% of DC Rate
- Amalgamation (Commercial): 8%–12% of DC Rate
8. DHA Executive Transfer Service (DES)
- Regular Transfer (4th Day): Rs. 80,000
- Fast Track Transfer: Rs. 30,000
- Special Power of Attorney (2 Days): Rs. 50,000
9. Penalties & Late Payments
- Late Payment of Development Charges:
- Service Benefit Category: 3%–5%
- Investors: 18.25% Per Annum
- Late Submission of Transfer Papers: 25% of Transfer Fee
- Plot Cancellation: 25% of Paid Amount
