- Architectural Drawing – 1 tracing cloth, 7 ammonia prints, and 1 soft copy (CD)
- Fire Protection Drawing – 2 ammonia prints
- Structural Drawing – 1 hard set + ETABS/SAP report soft copy (for commercial only)
- MEP Drawing – 2 hard sets + 1 soft copy (PDF & AutoCAD 2D)
4. Soil & Fee Requirements
- Original paid challan for drawing scrutiny fee
- Original soil testing report / geotechnical report
- Original paid challan for soil testing
5. Ownership & Identity Proof
- Photocopy of allotment/transfer letter
- Photocopy of site plan issued in current owner’s name
- Photocopy of CNIC of the owner
6. Legal Undertakings & Forms
- Irrevocable undertaking to abide by DHA Lahore bylaws for construction
