Step 1: Eligibility
- Valid CNIC/NICOP/POC or company registration required
- Overseas Pakistanis can participate via Roshan Digital Account or international transfer
- Authorized representatives allowed for companies/firms
Step 2: Registration
- Register via DHA Lahore’s Digital Auction Platform
- Use your own CNIC—no proxy applications allowed
- Pay non-refundable processing fee based on property type

5 Marla Commercial 50,000
Penta Square Apartment 100,000
Step 3: Bidding Process
- Minimum bid increment: Rs. 100,000
- Highest bidder wins; second-highest becomes reserve
- In case of tie, earliest bid wins
Step 4: Payment Terms
- Down Payment: 25% within 5 working days
- Lump Sum: Remaining 75% within 30–90 days (property-dependent)
- Installments: 4 quarterly payments over 12 months
- Allotment letter issued after full payment
Step 5: Privileges

- Flexible payment options
- Online payment via KuickPay, debit/credit card
- Allotment letter within 7 days of full payment
- Exclusive listings only on digital platform
Step 6: Rules & Policies and Procedures
- All applicants must follow DHA Lahore’s bye-laws
- Cancellation incurs 25% deduction (excluding taxes/fees)
- Disputes resolved via DHA arbitration
