- Undertaking of Non-Blacklisting by Any Authority

Eligibility and Submission Requirements
All participating companies must:
Be registered with the Registrar of Firms
Provide Letter of Authorization for the representative participating in the auction
Submit an Undertaking to Follow APNS Code of Ethics
Provide FBR Certificate and Latest Bank Statements
Submit a Letter of Interest with Pay Order of Rs. 1,000,000/- (Refundable)
(Note: Cheques and CDRs are not acceptable)
Failure to meet documentation requirements will disqualify the bidder from participation.
Important Rules and Conditions
Companies with pending dues with DHA Lahore will not be allowed to participate.
Security deposit will be forfeited if a successful bidder withdraws after winning.
DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing justification.
Agreement signing must be completed within 15 working days of approval.
No trees will be cut or relocated for any advertising site.
Vendors must ensure structure stability certificates, drawings, and soil analysis.
DHA Lahore will retain one digital slot for public service messages and DHA promotions (free of charge).
DHA may utilize billboards for National Days and official events (e.g., 23rd March, 14th August, Eids, etc.) without compensation.
