DHA Has Given permission for Marriage Function..in Mario Gardens For Function
Only DHA Defence Housing Authority resident are allowed to book Mario Garden for their function. No functions are allowed without booking/permission of DHA Security Branch. In case of cancellation of Mario Garden the individual will submit an application to this office and mentioned the reason for cancellation and attach original booking receipts before one month from function date. Booking charges will be refunded through cross cheques after deduction of 50% from booking charges.
BOOKING
Booking charges Rs. 4000/- @ per day (non refundable).
Electric charges Rs. 4000/- (non refundable).
Refundable Security charges Rs. 4000/-
PROCEDURE
An undertaking given the undertaking that while arranging function in the plot adjacent to (nearby) my house and will be implement following instructions:-
He will not install decoration lights on the roadside beyond my own house/plot applied for.
He will ensure parking of the cars of my function in a manner that they would not block normal flow of traffic on the road.
He firing of arms will be done.
He fire works will be arranged.
He will close the function before mid night i.e up to 2359 hours.
He will be responsible for the cleaning of plots before and after the function.
No Musical event held, however light music within the premises is allowed.
He will wind up/close down the shamianas, kanals and furniture items etc. at night after the function but would do so in the morning.
