1, I have Puchased Plot number Measuring one Kanal etc, situated in Defence Housing Authority, Dha Lahore ,
2-, I am bound to make the payment of all enhanced Taxes , Stamp Duty and CVT, whatever is impossed by the Government of Punjab , Government of Pakistan, and enhanced FBR , Advance Tax on behalf of Seller ,
3, I also take Responsibility to get the Sale deed executed in my name if it would be applicable,
4, That whatever is stated above is true to best of my own knowledge and belief.,
